By using Dragon Ball World at dboworld.net, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Do not sell, transfer, share or impersonate accounts without written permission.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play without permission, attack the service, evade security or moderation, harass others, publish hate speech or sexually explicit material, infringe intellectual property, spam, impersonate staff, facilitate real-money trading outside approved channels, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. User content and moderation
You retain rights you hold in content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate and moderate the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to enforce these terms and protect the community.
5. Virtual items and optional purchases
Virtual currency, characters, equipment and other game items are licensed for use within the service; they are not legal tender and have no guaranteed cash value. Prices, availability and balance may change. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Advertising
Public editorial pages may display clearly identified third-party advertising. Ads are kept away from login, chat, private communications and rapid-interaction gameplay. Never click an advertisement to support the site; interact only when genuinely interested.
7. Intellectual property
Dragon Ball World is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Toei Animation, Shueisha, Bird Studio, Bandai Namco, Akira Toriyama's estate, or any other official rights holder. Dragon Ball and related names, characters, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rights holders may submit a notice through our copyright and takedown process.
Original source code, written content and original design work created for this service remain protected by their respective authors.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent preservation of progress or compatibility with every device.
9. Suspension and termination
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may request account deletion through support. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and limitations, continue to apply.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
