2. Information we collect
- Account data: username, email address, hashed password, account settings and security records.
- Gameplay data: character choices, progress, inventory, quests, combat results, rankings, clans, reports and moderation history.
- User content: chat, clan descriptions and other content you choose to submit.
- Transaction data: purchase status, provider transaction identifiers and related records. Payment providers process card or wallet details; we do not store complete card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate country or region, browser, device, operating system, referral URL, page activity, security events and timestamps.
3. How information is used
We use information to provide and secure accounts, save progress, operate multiplayer features, process transactions, respond to support, enforce rules, prevent fraud and cheating, diagnose errors, understand site performance, improve content and show or measure advertising where permitted.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies support login, security, language and core preferences. Optional analytics helps us understand aggregated use. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site or other sites.
You can reopen the site's first-party privacy choices from the button at the bottom of supported pages. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google advertising choices are collected through a Google-certified consent platform when advertising is enabled. You can manage personalized ads in Google My Ad Center or opt out of participating vendors through AboutAds.
5. Service providers
- Google Analytics: audience and performance measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdSense: advertising delivery and measurement. See how Google uses advertising data.
- PayPal and other enabled payment providers: payment processing and fraud prevention under their own privacy terms.
- Hosting and security providers: infrastructure, backups, delivery and abuse prevention.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, to investigate abuse or protect users and the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Public profile details and leaderboard information are visible to other players by design.
7. Retention and security
Account and gameplay data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Valid deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days unless retention is required. We use HTTPS, password hashing, secure session controls, CSRF protections and access restrictions, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child supplied information should contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw optional consent. Send requests to [email protected] or the contact form. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
10. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and provider safeguards for international transfers.
11. Updates and contact
Material changes will be posted here. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
